Joseph E. Whitright, or “Joe” as his friends and family call him, currently attends the 8th grade at Wolf Point Jr./Sr. High. When he’s not writing comic strips, Joe enjoys drawing, writing, reading, video gaming and creating stick figure animations on the computer.  He's been drawing comics since about the 3rd grade, and says his inspiration for the Mailman series and his entry in the Tricia's Trader comic contest stems from the funny movies and commercials he’s seen about mailmen being chased by dogs. The characters in his comis are all completely fictional, but face many real life challenges.

Joe has big plans for the rest of his life. His greatest hope is to go into Game Designing or Computer Animation, but he’s always been fascinated with dinosaurs and paleontology. He thinks it would be nice to write a book as well. With the support of his mom, who he says is his greatest mentor, Joe is sure to achieve all of that and more.
